Progress

Progress so far I've been acquainted to an 8 day free trial at fitness first Taman Melawati, Melawati Mall. Different from the normal routine workouts at BCS. The venue is complete with the workout machines, treadmills, and my favorite there would be the tire flip. Small corner to do calisthenics. They also have a second floor for their classes such as yoga and spin cycle classes...if anyone of you guys are interested in. But I gotta say, running under the air conditioner is not great for me personally since the air goes in sharp during breathing or maybe I'm used to working out in an open air gym instead. I've been partnering up with a mate there and our workout had been balanced between lifting weights and full body workouts. As well as a love hate in the everyday squats thing. So shout out to my brother from another mother Mikhail Raphael. So here ends a small review and reflection on this weeks workout at Fitness First Taman Melawati. I'm gonna leave details on the venue if anyone is interested in starting up and working out there. I'll make sure to keep you guys updated so till next time.

  1. Yeah i agree, working out in aircon is not the best, plus your pores don't exactly open up and let you sweat as much. its always better to work out without the air con.
